The company specializes in the production of gourmet delicacies, in four separate sections of the factory. The main section is occupied with the production of traditional Greek dips like Tzatziki, Tarama Salad, Houmous, Chilly Feta Cheese Salad, Aubergine Salad, Agioritiki Salad, Russian Salad, Mayonnaise etc. Pickled products are produced on a separate section with main products being, the stuffed peppers with cheese, the sundried tomatoes and the traditional pickled cabbage leaves. On the next section of the factory, the seafood delicacies are produced. The variety of products extends from shellfish and fish in oil, e.g. marinated anchovies, smoked mackerel, smoked herring, to the newest product LINE EXCLUSIVE which consists of highly gourmet products like smoked octopus, smoked eel, smoked salmon, smoked trout and fish pastourma. The last section of the factory deals with dressings and sauces like ketchup and mustard, in various flavors.

On the end of 2012, the company introduced in the Greek and International market, the new product line PREMIUM, consisted of 7 dips, made with PDO Krokos Kozanis (Saffron) and the multi-awarded PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Sitia Crete. The high nutritional value, the high antioxidant properties, the special taste, Pitenis “know how” and the International Patent, offer a very strong competitive advantage to the company and all of its associates.
