The Greek company PADERIS BROS CO. was founded in 1970 by Panagiotis Panteri born in Imbros and worked in Istanbul delicatessen learning the art of making sausages. In Greece he initially started a small but modern production facility of sausages.
Having in mind the traditional recipes of the Greeks of Istanbul he began to produce soutzouki and pastourma product. After a few years the company moved into new premises where the accession of the two sons of founder George and Costas began to produce all kinds of meats with the same passion and the same care as when he started, combining new ideas with necessary experience.
Finally the company since November 2005 transferred to the private owned facilities of total surface 6000sm in Acharnes Attica with ultra modern facilities and HACCP quality system throughout the production process ensuing the quality products available to the consumer.
